We’re sorry you didn’t love your Pepper bra! We accept returns on all unworn, undamaged bras with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. If you need help selecting a new size to try just share your fit issues and we’d be happy to help! Please request a return label here.
When will my return be processed?
Once your return has been received at our warehouse it will take 5-7 biz days for our team to process. Once approved you’ll receive an email notification of the refund. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.
If your order used store credit as the payment method, that specific purchase can only be returned for store credit.
