There are a few reasons an order can be sent back to Pepper but most often it is due to an undeliverable address (shipping address does not exist, is misspelled or missing information). Other reasons why include the package being unclaimed at the postal office or being refused/returned by the end customer.
If your shipment is “returned to sender”, you’ll receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Pepper where a Pep Squad associate will ask for an updated shipping address if you wish to have your order reshipped.
